DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
What are the shipping times?
Our packages are shipped within 2 to 5 working days.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery is free for orders over €50 in France only. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are automatically adjusted based on the selected poster size and shipping location.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a shipping email as soon as your order is ready. It will include a clickable parcel number that will direct you to the carrier's tracking page.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
If you do not collect your package or it is returned to us due to missing delivery address information, you will be charged the shipping costs for a new shipment.
Which carrier will deliver to me?
We work with La Poste for our domestic deliveries. For international shipments, your local carriers handle the delivery.
Do you accept returns and cancellations?
Yes, (except for custom orders) to do this, please contact us first and return the item to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
– If the product you ordered from our website is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. A new, identical product will be sent to you without the need to return the damaged product (proof of the defect may be required).
– Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
– A cancellation can be requested before the item is shipped, beyond this date no cancellation will be possible.
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
No, returning and/or exchanging your order is not possible if it has been personalized.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If, despite our best efforts to protect our packages, your order has arrived in poor condition, please contact us promptly with photos of the package and the damaged items. We will get back to you promptly with a solution.
